Client-side encryption

Supported private messages and file payloads are protected in the client before transfer. The server-side application is designed to relay ciphertext rather than decrypt private content.

Separate storage lifecycle

Temporary chat transfers and persistent Vault storage are distinct. Session expiry does not define the lifetime of a customer's stored files.
